Release of version 3.3.8 for all PHREEQC programs

Version 3.3.8 has the following modifications:

Updated online manual (http://wwwbrr.cr.usgs.gov/projects/GWC_coupled/phreeqc/phreeqc3-html/phreeqc3.htm) to have revisions noted in green italic text and better graphics for figures. All new Basic
functions are documented. (PHREEQC documentation in the Help menu of PhreeqcI also has the updated documenation.)

New Basic functions:
n$ = KINETICS_FORMULA$("Albite", count, elt$, coef)
m = SYS("kin", count , name$ , type$ , moles)
vol = PHASE_VM("Calcite")

The version contains several bug fixes and other code maintenance changes; see the RELEASE notes for details.
