Hi everyone,
I want to know how to assign cells when coupling phreeqc and other transport solvers. Does anyone have some idea?

If you are using IPhreeqc, you can assign numbers any way you want. You control the numbering of the solutions and reactants.
PhreeqcRM allows a numbering system for the transport model and a separate numbering system for the cells with chemical reactions with a mapping between the two systems. You could have fewer chemical cells if you have symmetry in your system.

Hi Parkhurst,
So in IPhreeqc, we need to write n strings or files with different solution and reaction names to assign n cells? Is that right?
