Interaction of two surface

I am doing surface complexation modelling in aqueous solution consists of two different surfaces. I would like to model the interaction between two surfaces like this equation:
>Hfo_siO- + >Surf_alOCa+ = >Hfo_siO-(>Surf_alOCa+)

Would it be possible to do this type of modelling in PHREEQC, in surface complexation or others.
