PHREEQC in a watershed model
(1/1)
Rick W:
The Water, Energy, and Biogeochemical MODel (WEBMOD) is a semi-distributed watershed model that uses PHREEQC to to simulate chemical reactions and fractionation of deuterium and oxygen-18 as waters evaporate, mix, and react within the various reservoirs of the model. The users manual and software were published by the U.S. Geological Survey on February 8, 2017 at http://dx.doi.org/10.3133/tm6B35. Two models are included with the distribution: the evolution of waters from rain and snow falling in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado; and the effects of irrigation on the specific conductivity of waters flowing from dry agricultural fields near Yakima, Washington.
