New versions (3.3.5, SVN 10806) of all PHREEQC and PHAST programs have been uploaded to
http://wwwbrr.cr.usgs.gov/projects/GWC_coupled/
The changes in the new versions will not affect most users, but there have been several bug fixes and a few enhancements. We are now using Jenkins for continuous integration. A new option was created to enter cell porosities in keyword TRANSPORT, which was motivated by the need to define porosities for a variable-porosity multicomponent diffusion problem. In IPhreeqc an optional argument (sl) was added to GetSelectedOutputValue in Fortran. The additional argument indicates when an IPhreeqc string is large than the allocated space for the character variable in Fortran. The advection example for PhreeqcRM in C and C++ had wrong MPI type for integer transfers. In PHAST (and PhreeqcRM) the transfer of data was revised for MPI when rebalancing; the new transfer may be more than 10 times faster.
