Adsorption at the gas-liquid interface

Hi, friend!
I want to simulate the adsorption at the interface between the gas phase and the liquid phase. There are potential microbial reactions in the liquid phase, and the gas phase acts as an electron donor. The current simulation aims to explore whether the mass transfer process between the gas phase and the liquid phase is affected by microorganisms?
In addition, Is it possible to achieve the adsorption of EPS (extracellular polymeric substances) at the interfaces of solid-liquid or gas-liquid systems?
I would be extremely grateful for any of your ideas!
Best wishes,
Doo

Sorry, I have no clue. You can look in the literature. I think Olivier Atteia has done work with foams based on Phreeqc and OpenFoam. Also, I think there has been work on interfaces with the simulator UTChem, which uses Phreeqc as the geochemical engine.
