Guidance on Setting Selected Species Concentrations in PHREEQC_RM

<< < (2/2)

dlparkhurst:
Sorry, I can't debug your program remotely. I suspect you are comparing results for different cells or for different time steps.

My advice is to simplify starting with conservative transport until you get consistent results or have a specific error than can be traced down. Then add back additional reactions.

sharmilan:
Dear PHREEQC Experts,

I am comparing the results for cell no. 4 at the 28-day time step. In all instances, the concentration of H₂O should be 5.551e+01; however, the results obtained using the function RM_GetSpeciesConcentrations consistently show a concentration of 29.44832043.

Could you please advise why the function RM_GetSpeciesConcentrations is providing an incorrect concentration value for H₂O?

Thank you very much for your guidance.

Best regards,
S. Sharmilan
