Hello, this is my first time to use this software, I downloaded ?Phreeqc Interactive 3.7.3?, I want to create a CD-MUSIC through this software. I learned according to the examples in the manual, but it seems that all the code starts with "SURFACE_MASTER_SPECIES", I can't find the button at the end of the ?SURFACE? interface, please tell me what the problem is? thank you

First, the latest versions of PHREEQC programs are a the following GitHub site:
https://github.com/usgs-coupled
.
The latest version of PhreeqcI is 3.8.7, and can be found here:
https://github.com/usgs-coupled/phreeqci/releases/tag/v3.8.7
The USGS has provided amazing support for PHREEQC for five decades, but we no longer have a direct connection with the USGS site
https://www.usgs.gov/software/phreeqc-version-3
. The latest versions are at the GitHub site, which we can maintain. To complicate more, we may develop a new site in the near future. Stay tuned.
Now to your question.
You can show icons for additional keyword screens with the following sequence (where "View" is on the topmost menu bar):
View->Toolbars->Stoichiometry and thermodynamic data.
A new row of icons will appear, including SURFACE_MASTER_SPECIES and SURFACE_SPECIES.
You can also type SURFACE_MASTER_SPECIES (or any keyword) in the main edit screen, and it will then appear when you open the input tree; you can double click in the tree to open the corresponding input screen.
