The pe is going to affect the saturation index of iron minerals. I adjussted the pe to equilibrium with atmospheric O2(g) levels. I have no idea whether that is reasonable. It may be reasonable to assume equilibrium with some iron mineral, I don't know. For the most part, I would just ignore the saturation indices that rely on a pe.
