Equations and inputs data for cement hydration modeling

Hi,
I would like to know the set of equations (models) for cement hydration with focus on phase assemblage. As part of my work on calcium aluminate cement (CAC), I'm trying to model CAC hydration with an accelerator at some conditions. I'm trying to use python to model this without using PHREEQC and later compare my result to PHREEQC output. Though I've reviewed couple of models from papers but I would like to know about what set of equations and input PHREEQC uses to model cement hydration.
Thanks,
Thomas

You can search for CSH or Ettringite to find many posts on this forum related to cement reactions.
