When you include all three phases, all of the siderite and ferrihydrite dissolve, and all of the iron is precipitated in goethite. However, all of the carbon from siderite remains in solution. If you simply dissolve the individual minerals, you do not have the large carbon concentration. That is the main difference. You can look at the output file to see the differences in pH and Fe speciation for more details.
