Version 3.8.6-17100 and python deployment

Hi

I noticed a dramatic improvement in PHREEQC Version 3.8.6-17100. The RM version seems to be changed significantly. Is there any manual for the new version?
Also, is there any guide for the Python deployment?

I don't know that there is a big performance improvement, but Python performance can be tricky.

Documentation for C++, Fortran, and C is in HTML format in the directory Doxygen/html.
