Equation of State for CO2 solubility
« on: 28/05/24 16:17 »
Hi all,

After a brief review of the forum posts, I don't think I found an answer readily available. So, my question is: is it possible to use an equation of state other than Peng-Robinson to calculate gas solubilities? I am looking to compare the PR EOS to say, the Duan and Sun (2003) EOS and/or the Valderrama-Patel-Teja EOS. Could I write a separate set of codes to use a different EOS?

thanks much for any help you can steer me towards

cheers,

Jon

No, you can only use the ideal gas law or Peng-Robinson.
