CO2 bubbling from pressurized cylinder

Hello,
I am trying to carbonate a solution containing a mineral. My problem is the CO2 is coming from a pressurised cylinder with a tube attached to the base of the solution. So the CO2 is constantly bubbling in the solution. What pressure should I use here? I want to model the system such that CO2 dissolves and the excess live the solution into the atmosphere. My problem is I don’t know whether I should use GAS phase or Equilibrium phase because I’m confused about the pressure. The gas coming from the cylinder is under pressure and it has a regulated flow rate of 100cubic centimetres per minute.
I’ve spent a long time reading different scenarios here but cannot find one that describes this situation. I’ll be happy to receive some feedback.

Assuming the gas in the cylinder is pure CO2, I think you should set the PCO2 in solution to 1 atm with equilibrium phases (log(PCO2) = 0.0).
