Mismatch between Phreeqc Interactive and Notpad using the same .pqi file

Hello,
I ran an inverse model in Phreeqc Interative and a got good uncertainties with 8 models. Phreeqc Interactive generated an input file (.pqi) with all the data that I used in the inverse model, but when I run this file with Notpad, the output file give me 10 models and 3 of them with high errors. The others 7 models have the same uncertainty that I got using Phreeqc Interactive.

Inverse modeling can be sensitive to roundoff errors. It may simply be differences in the compilers used to compile the programs.
Consider inverse modeling an exercise in your understanding of the pertinent reactions.
