Unable to download attached files

Greeting good people,

I don't know where to post this query.

I am trawling PHREEQCUSERS to assist my modelling and I find that when I try to download an attachment I get the message:

404 - Attachment Not Found

Is there something wrong with my setup or am I encountering the consequences of a policy?
