inverse modeling : default unit
« on: 11/08/21 08:46 »
Hi there,

I have really basic question related to "inverse modeling" result.

For example, I set unit of solutions mmol /L,

then unit of the ' phase mole transfer' also mmol / L ? or literally mole?

moles.

The choice of unit only affects the SOLUTION conversion of input data. If you enter mol/L (or any unit) PHREEQC converts to mol/kgw during the initial solution calculation. After that all solution units are mol/kgw or moles.

Inverse modeling always outputs mole transfers.
