reaction rate constant

Hello;
I want to consider the kinetics of Monocarboaluminate, Hemicarboaluminate, and Strätlingite in the simulation. I found the specific surface area from experimental studies, but couldn't find the rate constant. Does anyone know the source for these parameters?
