Obtaining concentrations after transport step

Dear all,

I have a PhreeqC model that considers a 1D column with SOLUTION and EQUILIBRIUM_PHASES blocks to which I apply TRANSPORT with in-diffusion from a boundary SOLUTION. The model works correctly and I am saving the evolution of solute and mineral concentrations with SELECTED_OUTPUT.
When using TRANSPORT, PhreeqC sequentially carries out transport (mixrun) and equilibration steps, if I understood this correctly. My issue is that SELECTED_OUTPUT saves concentrations after the equilibration step. I would also like to save the concentrations after each transport step, before equilibrating. Is there any way to do this?

No, you can only get results after a completed "shift". The actual calculation can be quite complicated in detail, where both the transport and chemical steps (with KINETICS) can be split into multiple substep calculations. The diffusion calculation is split into multiple time steps for numerical stability and accuracy criteria. At each transport substep, reactions are calculated directly. There is no point where results can be obtained for just transport.

Ideally, reaction and transport are simultaneous; it is only a numerical convenience to split them into two processes.
