Inverse modeling to obtain alteration mineralogy using geothermal fluid data

I need to obtain alteration mineralogy of a geothermal system in thermodynamic equilibrium, using geothermal fluid data including temperature, pH, aqueous species, and gaseous species. These are various samples taken from wells.

I don't know very well how to input data from several samples, without assuming the last one as a consequence of the previous ones, without more data than that.

I'm using the third version for Windows.

You need to have some confidence that one water composition evolved from another. Real world data often is inconsistent, say TDS goes up, but Cl goes down. Given a scattershot of data, it can be hard to establish a consistent trend.

Perhaps you could consider each sample individually, assuming that the sample evolved from rain (pure water) or some common background water.
