Density calculation - program limit
« on: July 20, 2020, 02:24:19 PM »
In a course of seawater evaporation, at the water mass about 0.65 g, when the density exceeds 2, the warning appears near its value: "program limit". Does it mean that further calculation of the precipitate will be wrong?

The density calculation is certainly not correct. As for precipitation, you are probably well past the concentration range fit in the Pitzer model, so I would have very limited confidence in the results.

Thank you, David!
You are right, the ionic strength is too high.
