I'm trying to determine which version of a phreeqc database someone is using. The header does not seem to contain this information.
Is there a changelog for the databases somewhere?

Most changes are logged in the RELEASE.txt file (
http://water.usgs.gov/water-resources/software/PHREEQC/Phreeqc_ReleaseNotes.txt
, also included in the install directory of all distributions
Old distributions of PHREEQC are still available at ftp://brrftp.cr.usgs.gov/pub/charlton/phreeqc, although I don't know how long this site will persist.
