SOLUTION_MASTER_SPECIES
« on: August 19, 2019, 03:18:49 PM »
Dear all

Can someone explain me the meaning the lines in the Pitzer database (Solution_master_species) I found in the following explanation
---------------------------------------------
Line 0: SOLUTION_MASTER_SPECIES
Keyword for the data block. No other data are input on the keyword line.
Line 1: element name, master species, alkalinity, (gram formula weight or formula), gram formula weight of element
----------------------------------------------
nevertheless, I think it's not specific to the Pitzer database.
I would like to add the Phosphate and Fluor elements (P and F).

thank you in advance.

SOLUTION_MASTER_SPECIES is a keyword. The data block is required in every database file.

There is a very nice description of the input for the data block in the manual, and every database could be used as an example.
