hello dear all.
Please I'm looking for Brucite dissolution/precipitation kinetics parameters: constant rate and specific surface at 25°C.
Think you for your help

Palandri and Kharaka is a place to start. It provides rate parameters and citations.

hello,
thank you for your answer but i've already red that paper and the computation seems to have been done at pH=0 while i'm doing my simulation in natural seawater (pH=8.22).
So i'm not sure about that values.
Thanks in advance !!

Palandri and Kharaka include neutral pH rate data for brucite that could be used for a start.
Also a newer source of rate data is available at
https://www.or.is/sites/or.is/files/kinetic_database.pdf
Authors are Julien Declercq and Eric Oelkers
it does include newer brucite data. Some is from 2004 and was not cited in Palandri and Kharaka. I have not studied it I will leave that to you.
