inverse modeling in saline system

Dear Sir
I would like to calculate the inverse modeling of saline waters in order to find sulphate sodium deposit and to confirm that I have cationic exchange between Na and Ca in clay deposits.
So I have twice solutions and I know that the mirabilte will precipitate in the system .
My question is if I know only chemical composition of waters and minerals precipitation, Can I confirm cationic exchange process?

You can define a set of phases and ion exchange (reactants) in the -phases part of INVERSE_MODELING, and the calculation will find sets of reactants that satisfy the mole-balance criteria. You may find models that include ion exchange, which does not necessarily confirm the reaction, but it indicates that ion exchange is plausible.
