Boundary conditions in transport simulation

Dear David,
Is it possible to have different boundary conditions (or adjust the existing ones slightly) for transport simulations, and how would it affect the solver? Also, what were the reasons for selecting the three boundary conditions?
The reason for my question is that for some transport simulation with dispersion and flux flux boundary condition one can get finite dispersive flux at the inlet i.e. outside of the boundary against the pressure gradient (of cause there are no cells behind it, but it will look like discontinuity in concentration). If C0 = constant, i.e. "constant" boundary condition (but not dC0/dx = 0, because we cannot impose both of them simultaneously), is applied, there seem to be dispersive flux outside of the column inlet as well.

Sorry, all of the boundary conditions that are available are discussed in the TRANSPORT section of the manual. The transport capabilities were largely developed by Tony Appelo, so you could contact him; he would be more knowledgeable.
