Is VS2DRTI already released?

I have seen the paper:

W.Healy et al "VS2DRTI: Simulating Heat and Reactive Solute Transport in Variably Saturated Porous Media" 2018.

and I wonder if the software has been already released. I have look at :

but I have not found it.

VS2DRTI is completed; however, the web sites for the distribution of programs are in a state of transition. We cannot revise them or post new versions at this time.

Write directly to Healy or Parkhurst to obtain a distribution package.
