Questions about Specific Conductance
«

Hello All,
One of the nice features in Phreeqc3 is the specific conductance output. However, this only seems to be calculated when using the phreeqc.dat database. Does anyone know how to get the specific conductance value when using the SIT or other databases? Many thanks in advance for any help!
Regards,
Steve

Only the Amm.dat, phreeqc.dat, and pitzer.dat databases have the -dw diffusion coefficient parameters needed to calculate specific conductance.

And speeking of specific conductance, is there a way to put a conductance into an input file?
Because, I have measured values, which also include the conductance and I would like to take this value also in consideration for the modelization.
Thanks in advance!

No, there is no capability to enter specific conductance as input to a SOLUTION definition.
