Graphs in Transport Problems (Zero Concentration)
« on: October 28, 2015, 04:24:45 PM »
Hi,

I am a new user currently conducting geochemical modeling of CO2 sequestration in the cap rock of a certain formation. My graph of Calcite Concentration vs. Distance is showing zero concentration across the entire transport distance of 10 m. Can anyone tell me what my problem is based on my code below?

EQUILIBRIUM_PHASES 1 Carbonate assemblage
CO2(g)   -2.1
Dolomite   0.0   32.5
Calcite   0.0   39.0
Siderite   0.0   0.9

Check the definition of the TOT and EQUI functions in The Basic Interpreter section of the manual.
